Explore results
Move your mouse on the canvas to discover the results. Two dashed lines will follow your move to always show you the mouse's exact X-Y coordinates.
Hover points to display the comedication label, ATC code and coordinates.
Click on points to display the comedication adjusted survival curves for the whole population and by subgroups.
You will find a link to the comedication dedicated page at the bottom of the survival curves pop-up page. Click on it to access the whole set of results for this ATC code.
Basic figure interpretation
Each comedication icon represents an ATC level 2, 3, 4 or 5 class.
You can choose which ATC levels to display by clicking on buttons "ATC level 2", "ATC level 3", "ATC level 4" or "ATC level 5" in the top left of the legend pane.
All ATC levels are displayed by default.
X-axis position stands for our estimate of Average Treatment Effect : Cox Proportional Hazard Ratio (HR) or Restricted Mean Survival Time (RMST) at 7 years post diagnosis.
Deleterious effects are always plotted on the right side (see the red arrow on plot).
A vertical dashed line points out the position for "no effect" (HR equal to 1 or RMST equal to 0).
You can use the buttons HR and RMST below Estimate on the legend pane to select the estimate to display : Cox Proportional Hazard Ratio (HR) or Restricted Mean Survival Time (RMST). Default is HR.
Y-axis position stands for the significance of the estimate. Higher y-coordinates represent lower p-values.
All points above the horizontal dashed line are significant at a level of 0.05.
Two complementary horizontal dashed lines are plotted to represent the 0.05 threshold for p-value after
multiple test adjustment by Benjamini–Hochberg and Benjamini–Yekutieli.
More available features
Subgroup results are available for Breast Cancer subtype (luminal, TNBC or HER2+), chemotherapy (CT) status, endocrine therapy status, and nodal status.
You can select a population of interest using buttons from the "Population" section of the legend pane.
The interaction between each comedication and subtype/chemotherapy status/endocrine therapy status/lymph node involvement has been tested.
Press the dedicated buttons from the "Interaction" section of the legend pane to see which comedications have a significant interaction with either of these variables (at a 0.1 level).
Search for comedications
Use the search bar on top-right of the page to search for a given comedication or a group of comedications.
You can type either the comedication ATC code or label. Font case does not matter. To search for a comedication label, type at least 3 letters.
The selected comedications are highlighted while non-selected comedications are turned to grey.
You can restrict the display to the filtered comedications by either clicking on the magnifying glass button on the right of the search bar or pressing enter.
To reset the plot you can either click again on the magnifying glass button, press again enter on your keyboard or delete your search input.
Move across the canvas
Zoom is deactivated by default. To activate zoom, press the "Activate zoom" button from the Zoom section of the legend pane.
